Job Title: Coiler / Packager (1st & 2nd Shifts)
Department: Extrusion
Reports To: Extrusion Manager
Location: Peculiar, MO
Position Overview
Position is responsible for the upkeep on all extrusion equipment, trouble shooting, product quality and training of all operators.
Essential Job Functions
- Responsible for operating coiler, dump table and grinder.
- All packaging functions within the department.
- Monitor quality and communicate with operator or tech when a defect is found.
- Ensure area is kept clean, safe and organized.
- Work with tech or lead in line changes with line clearance and work station set up.
- Maintain general housekeeping duties within the department.
- Must comply with company and department rules.

- Good eye and hand coordination

- Basic math skills
- Skill in organization and attention to detail.
- Team oriented and positive attitude.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. with assistance.
- Must be able to stand for extended period of time and able to engage in frequent bending, and squatting.
- Must observe all safety rules.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent work experience.
